At a very young age I knew that I wanted to help people and be in the Medical Field. My path in healthcare began in 1988; working in Labor & Delivery, Women’s Health, Family Practice, and more recently as a Senior Practice Manager for CVS, managing numerous clinics and providers across Indiana and Minnesota. I have always had the dream of opening my own practice to provide individualized & specialized care. I live in Chesterton with my husband Mike who has been an amazing inspiration. We have raised 4 children, and now 3 Labradoodles! I love to travel, read, exercise and enjoy a great dinner with a good glass of wine. Hi, my name is Paige. I have always been passionate about making a difference in healthcare, and I began my journey early, working as a medical scribe and a patient care assistant in the ER. After becoming a registered nurse and graduating from Valparaiso University, I decided to further my education and am currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice, with plans to graduate in 2026. My passion for aesthetics led me to obtain my Medical Aesthetic Injector certification through the National Laser Institute. I am now living out my dream working at Perfection Medical Spa, where I help people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, staying active, and embracing my love for animals.

For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for others, beginning my career as a licensed practical nurse before becoming a registered nurse. Helping people has always been the most rewarding part of my career, and that passion led me to aesthetic medicine. My goal is to help each client feel confident, comfortable, and cared for while achieving refreshed, natural-looking results.

I’ve been married to my wonderful husband, Dave, for 35 years. We live in DeMotte and are blessed with four amazing children, one grandchild, and another grandbaby on the way. When I’m not at the spa, I enjoy spending time with my family and our two dogs, Jax and Cesar, working out, traveling, and making the most of life’s simple moments.

My name is Kamilah Ihweih, and I was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. Here at Perfection, I serve as the Patient Services Coordinator, where I’m dedicated to supporting and assisting each patient throughout their experience. Growing up, I always knew I wanted to help people in some capacity, especially being inspired by my mother, who is an RN. I come from a large family where values like compassion, integrity, and understanding were deeply emphasized, and those principles have shaped who I am today. At 15 years old, I took my first Reiki class and became a practitioner. Since then, I have continued my journey and earned my Master’s certification in the field. I’m passionate about fashion, interior design, culinary, arts, poetry, music, and creative expression in all forms. I look forward to creating genuine connections here at Perfection and making sure every person feels heard, seen, and understood.

My name is Mal, and I take care of marketing and media at Perfection Medical Spa! I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Public Affairs (environmental management) from Indiana University Bloomington. I’m passionate about engaging with people, and I love being a part of Team Perfection! My goal is to help the staff create an authentic and intimate environment online- one that truly represents them and their mission. I currently live in Bloomington, IN and enjoy reading, being in nature, lifting weights, and yoga. I also play drums and write songs in a local band called The Matriarch- you can stream our music anywhere!

Hi! My name is Aaliyah and I am a licensed esthetician with a passion for corrective skincare and confidence-boosting treatments. With a background in healthcare and over five years of clinical experience as a CNA, I bring a unique understanding of patient care, safety, and comfort to the treatment room.

I’m trained in advanced facial treatments, skin analysis, lash extensions, waxing and results-driven protocols tailored to each client’s goals. I believe healthy skin is achieved through education, consistency, and personalized care, and I love helping clients feel informed, empowered, and confident in their skincare journey.
