Our Story

Perfection Wellness & Aesthetics was built on a shared dream of bringing deeply personal, relationship-based healthcare to Northwest Indiana.

That dream began more than 30 years ago when Natalie Babcock, FNP-BC and Rhea Martin, WHNP-BC worked together on the Labor & Delivery unit at Porter Memorial Hospital in Valparaiso. Their friendship, passion for patient care, and vision for a more personalized approach to wellness stayed with them throughout their careers.

Rhea went on to build a respected career in women’s health, practicing in private OB/GYN and at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Crown Point. Natalie developed an award-winning family practice career, becoming known for her compassionate, comprehensive approach to patient care.

In 2021, they brought their longtime dream to life by founding Perfection Medical Spa, inspired in part by the passing of Natalie’s mother, Toni, whose encouragement helped turn the vision into reality.

Today, Natalie continues to lead Perfection Wellness & Aesthetics, carrying forward the mission that inspired the practice from the beginning: providing one-on-one, personalized care that goes beyond traditional healthcare. Under her leadership, Perfection offers a comprehensive approach to wellness and aesthetics, including hormone optimization, medically guided weight loss, IV therapy, and aesthetic treatments—all designed to help patients look, feel, and live their best.

As the practice enters its next chapter, Natalie remains committed to the same values that started it all: compassion, connection, and truly individualized care for every patient.
